Who We Are
The Granger Network is an executive coaching firm that leverages key aspects of the human experience – heart, connection, responsibility, and creation – as essential nutrients for a thriving and profitable business.
As a coaching team, we are highly accountable, highly human, and highly committed. We care for one another, we push one another, we help and support one another, and we give the gift of feedback and coaching to ensure we are free to bring our best selves and contribution to the team.
We bring depth, impeccability, and bravery to all our coaching engagements. These three qualities enable us to get to the heart of the matter quickly, making real progress tangible for our clients.
“Coaching designed in real time with our clients, not a pre-existing, one-size-fits-all structure.”
HOW WE WORK
We align
Our clients are committed to making a bold impact in their lifetime. We get inspired by their work and passionate about them accomplishing their goals.
We listen
Through our listening and curiosity, GN coaches bring clarity, energy and direction to any challenge, making new insights and actions possible.
We partner
We look from the accomplishment of our clients’ most cherished goals and, together, identify a pathway that leads there.
“Results are less about what we KNOW and more about how we SEE.”
Generating Results
Our Method
When we discover that leadership and performance are less about what we know, and more about how we see, we give ourselves a new access to developing leaders who can enact significant, sustainable change.
Our Belief
Our humanity is not an obstacle to be side-stepped on the pathway to performance—our humanity is the pathway itself.
Our Style
As a radio tunes into different stations, we “tune” into the underlying themes, roots, and narratives that shape the way our clients see – and surface anything that does not serve their ambitions.
Our Team
